KLF Joint Venture Investment International JSC (KLF) has signed a
strategic co-operation agreement with HAI Agrochem Joint Stock Company,
paving the way for KLF to invest in agricultural materials.
Vietcombank Securities Company (VCBS) and KLF Joint Venture Investment
International JSC (KLF) on Thursday signed an underwriting agreement
that will help KLF sell 74 million shares to the public.
